What makes the Coca-Cola 7’s stand out from other tournaments is that every player receives skills training from ex-professional managers/players and schools can enter an unlimited number of teams. The focus of the 7s is not about winning but enjoying the game and being the best you can be.

Numbers
Since the 7’s kicked off in 2000/01, 45,000 girls and boys have played in the tournament, burning over 87,000,000 calories and running a distance of 240,000 miles- nearly 10 times around the world

The Coaching Team
Coca-Cola 7’s coaching experts, Gary Mackay and Chic Charnley, have seen first hand the benefits of the 7s.

Mackay commented, “The Coca-Cola 7’s is a great tournament. I have been involved for a number of seasons now and it just continues to get bigger and better. It is a pleasure to help the future of the Scottish game by passing on advice and coaching young players to help improve their ability.”
